Key Role Description
This role is responsible for supporting the Wholesale Marketing
Managers on a wide variety of functions. These responsibilities will
include daily pricing used for customer sales, database and inventory
management forecast, daily sales filing and billing, and customer
account maintenance (Customer allocations, loading support, customer
issues). In addition, onboarding of new accounts (Spot/term contracts
and new terminal set up), and ad-hoc reporting and projects.

Knowledge of Work Areas and Responsibilities -

- Represents the wholesale front office of Monroe Energy to external counterparties
- Troubleshoot and bring resolution to issues with external counterparties
- Enter and maintain all forms of wholesale terms
- Coordinate with the billing group to ensure accurate invoicing
- Own the setup of new counterparties and terminals
- Deliver quality accurate work within established deadlines
- Create monthly presentations for management
- Update inventory levels based on terminal reports
- Destination scheduling and nomination responsibilities
- Monitor Ethanol & Biodiesel inventories and communicate to
Trader need for purchases
- Oversee product allocations
- Update/publish pricing into a pricing system to be sent to
external counterparties
