Job Description:

Key Role Description

Responsibilities include the production of forward-looking financial information and analysis used to support decision making process. Consolidates and analyzes enterprise data from multiple sources in order to inform the business and support effective decision making on operations and strategy. Prepares reports and analysis to identify and monitor business drivers that affect profitability and support overall management strategy. Reporting & Analytics include "quick turn/ad hoc" through multi-week budget-type reports.

Role Specific Competencies

Technical Knowledge - demonstrates the specific skills necessary for the assignments, understands the background and points of leverage to be effective in the role.

* Develops and maintains financial models and analyses to support strategy initiatives and capital planning.
* Prepares timely and accurate profit and operating performance commentary for management.
* Develops appropriate analytical support for ad-hoc analyses including cost/benefits analyses, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet impacts.
* Assists in coordination and analysis of recurring internal management reporting, the weekly forecast process, annual operating forecast, annual budget process, and contribute to development of long-term strategic plan.
* Creates, evaluates, and reviews new business plans and initiatives.
* Prepares analysis, presentations and related materials for the executive leadership team, management committees and board meetings.
* Assists in creating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packages.

Experience and Skills

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements

* 3 years’ minimum previous Finance or management consulting experience with expertise in data analysis and the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources and systems.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related major. MBA preferred.
* Expert Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Familiarity or experience with SAP, Maximo, Right Angle or other ERP system software preferred.
* Demonstrated proficiency in all of Role Specific Competencies.
