Job Description:

Key Role Description

This role is responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention and sales growth for wholesale rack marketing in the northeast market. This role will have responsibility for meeting sales volume and profit objectives. Responsible for marketing and negotiation of both spot and term contracts. Responsible for all customer onboarding including the establishment of customer’s credit in conjunction with the credit manager. Recommends and initiates the establishment of new alternate supply points and terminals. Functions as the main point of contact for customers, providing customer service, pricing information, merchandising and sales promotion expertise.

• Hedge Rack Activity and grow rack business
• Monitor inventory levels at terminals and communicate re-stocking needs to scheduler
• Monitor Ethanol & Biodiesel inventories and communicate to Trader need for purchases
• Manage product allocation in DTN TABS
• Update pricing into a pricing system (DTN Fuel Seller)
• Communicate prices to customers via pricing system
• Update deals for MERC Pricing

Experience and Skills

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 years related sales experience in a refinery
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
